AEB-L Snack Chopper Prototype

A new hand ground design prototype, the Snack Chopper is made from 3mm AEB-L Stainless Steel heat treated to HRC60-61. Brushed and tumbled finish. The Chopper features (almost) full tang construction with a lanyard hole. Grips are machined from Textured Black G10.

The Snack Chopper design is my take on the classic, Chinese cooking knife. The grip is not parallel to the cutting edge, it's angled slightly upward for ease of use. The cutting edge is slightly curved.

Despite the name, this is a kitchen knife for cutting vegetables, fruits and meats. The Snack Chopper is NOT for hacking bones, frozen foods or tree limbs. This will ruin the cutting edge quickly and void the warranty. It takes a solid day to grind and finish one of these blades. Please don't misuse it.
