Carbon Snack Chopper

This is the newest Snack Chopper and the form is the final design form which I hope to put into short run production before long. This prototype Carbon Snack Chopper is hand ground from 3mm 1.284 O2 Carbon Tool Steel heat treated to HRC60-61. Brushed finish and Chisel Grind. This steel is NOT stainless and will rust if you don't watch out and will develop a patina with use. The Chopper features full tang construction with Grips of Black Textured G10 secured with epoxy, stainless screws and threaded inserts.
The cutting edge is slightly curved.

Despite the name, this is a kitchen knife for cutting vegetables, fruits and meats. The Carbon Snack Chopper is NOT for hacking bones, frozen foods or tree limbs. This will ruin the cutting edge quickly and void the warranty.
