Attention US Customers! You will be charged US Customs Duty on your order in addition to the price of the goods and shipping which you pay through my web shop. Prices and customs duties

Payments through my webshop must be made with PayPal in Euro. PayPal lets you select the currency when paying. Be sure your address info with PayPal is correct, I can ONLY ship to a confirmed PayPal address. Contact PayPal for information regarding exchange rates. Minimum Order Amount
Minimum order for delivery inside Germany is €25 net, exclusive of shipping.
Minimum order for all other orders is €70, also exclusive of shipping.

Shipping Info
Orders usually ship UPS, DHL Premium or FedEx. Shipping costs are additional to the purchase price and will be added to your order at checkout! Orders weighing over 1.5 kilo may be subject to additional postage.
Most orders ship within 72 hours of payment. If there will be any delay, I will let you know and you can confirm or cancel.
I do not ship to a Post Office Box or to an APO address. A physical address where someone can receive the package and sign for it is required.

Returns
Products purchased from stock may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. No reason must be given, however the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received by the buyer. If you want to return anything, contact me asap for return instructions. I do not have to receive the item within 14 days of receipt but you must ship it out to me within 14 days of receipt. Once I receive the return, I will refund the purchase price of the product through PayPal. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective or the return is due to a mistake with the order on my part. Products custom made to order are not returnable unless defective.

Should you ever need to return your purchase to me, you MUST include a copy of the original receipt to avoid German Customs charges.

Sharpening & repair
Normally I sharpen any knife I made free of charge. Please contact me for further details before sending in your knife and be sure to include return postage with the knife. Never ship a knife in an envelope, always pack it securely in a box, including some type of edge protector or sheath.
I do my best to repair any knife or WilkinsGRIP product I've made that gets worn, broken or damaged. This means doing my best to restore it to the condition it was in when it left my shop. Please contact me with pics and complete info and I will try to give you an overview of the costs before you send in your knife. Warranty repairs are of course free. I do not work on knives I didn't make.

I operate exclusively online and do not have a store, making it impossible to pick up an order in person. The street address on this website is for postal deliveries only, please do not come by and ring the bell. Insurance regulations and time constraints prohibit visitors in the actual workshop.
