Minimum order for delivery inside Germany is €25 net, exclusive of shipping and VAT.
Minimum order for all other orders is €50 net, also exclusive of shipping and VAT if applicable.
As of July 1, 2020 all orders shipping outside of Germany will go via Fedex International Economy. This means some customers will see an increase in their shipping prices but it also means you will receive your order in a timely manner. Fedex operates their own fleet of planes whereas DHL Germany relies on commercial aircraft to transport their freight and the local post to make the final deliveries. Both of these have become unreliable and left me no choice but to seek another carrier. Orders shipping inside Germany will continue to go via DHL as their service in country has remained reliable.
Please note that FedEx will not ship to a Post Office Box or to an APO address. They require a physical address where someone can receive the package, preferably the person it is addressed to. APO orders will ship DHL Premium; I cannot accept orders to PO Boxes.
FedEx has an Out of Delivery Area surcharge of €20 for address that are out in middle of nowhere. If you live away from any larger city or town, check this list before ordering to see if your location is listed. If it is, I will have to ask you to pony up the extra €20 for orders under €500 excl. of VAT and shipping.
Shipping costs are additional to the purchase price and will be added to your order at checkout! For orders going to countries in the EU, German VAT will also added to the shipping charges. Orders weighing over 1.5 kilo may be subject to additional postage.

Most orders ship within 72 hours of payment.
If there will be any delay, I will let you know and you can confirm or cancel.
All orders from stock may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. No reason must be given, however the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received by the buyer. Contact me via email within 14 days of receipt for further instructions if you would like to make a return. Once I receive the return, I will refund through PayPal. Customs regulations & fees
The buyer is responsible for any and all Customs duties or taxes which may be levied on the shipment. Additionally the buyer is solely responsible for determining whether or not any product purchased may be imported into their country. Check your local laws before you order!
Save your receipt!
Should you ever need to return your purchase to me, you MUST include a copy of the original receipt to avoid German Customs charges.
Prices & VAT (national sales tax) or Why Do EU Buyers pay more?
Prices shown are Net prices and are directed at Buyers located outside the European Union (EU). I am required by law to collect 16% German Value Added Tax (VAT) on shipments to an address within the EU. VAT means "national sales tax" for those unfamiliar with the term. Buyers outside the EU do not have to pay German VAT. It's that simple! If your shipping address is within the EU, German VAT will be added to your order at checkout!
Sharpening & repair
Normally I will sharpen any knife I made free of charge. Please contact me for further details before sending in your knife and be sure to include return postage with the knife. Never ship a knife in an envelope, always pack it securely in a box, including some type of edge protector or sheath.
I will repair any knife or WilkinsGRIP product I've made that gets worn, broken or damaged. This means doing my best to restore it to the condition it was in when it left my shop. Please contact me with pics and complete info and I will try to give you an overview of the costs before you send in your knife. Warranty repairs are of course free. I do not work on knives I didn't make.
Order pick up and workshop visits
I operate exclusively online and do not have a store, making it impossible to pick up an order in person. No, I cannot meet you on a street corner! The physical address on this website is for postal deliveries only, please do not come by and ring the bell. My workshop is not at that address. Insurance regulations and time constraints prohibit visitors in the actual workshop.
