Ryback Flatbush

The Ryback Flatbush features a full-tang blade beautifully machine ground in the European Union from 3.3mm Böhler N690 cobalt stainless. The thin cutting edge makes this versatile knife at home in the kitchen or afield. The Ryback Flatbush is a great knife to take along on holiday, where it comes in as handy in the kitchen as on the hiking trail. The 115mm blade is legal to carry anywhere in Germany where knives in general are not prohibited.

Most Ryback Flatbush knives are available without a sheath or including an extra secure, black Kydex Sheath. Check the pull down list for exactly what's in stock and to place your order. Knives with sheath are €140, knives alone, no sheath, are only €100!

Grips are precision machined from Textured G10 in your choice of Black, Olive, Orange or Red as well as a few knives with hard Bamboo grips, all secured with a hidden stainless pin, threaded brass inserts and 4 stainless Torx screws. The Bamboo grips are slightly thicker than the G10 grips and won't fit the Kydex sheaths. For this reason the Bamboo version is only for sale without a sheath.
