Wilkins Sight Tool

Ever tried to change out the sights on your pistol? Over on YouTube some guy clamps his slide in a vise and taps on it twice with a punch and it jumps right out. When you try it in the basement your slide won't stay in the vise and pounding on the sight with a Big Hammer only ends with the punch slipping and scratching your slide without the sight moving at all. This can even happen to a gunsmith. The Wilkins Sight Tool puts an end to that nonsense.

The Wilkins Sight Tool makes it easier to change or adjust pistol sights installed in a dovetail slot while vastly reducing the chances of damaging the slide or sights in the process. It can also be used to press solid pins and roll pins in and out of your slide. I designed the sight tool as a fixture for gunsmiths, shooting clubs, gun stores who fit sights and shooting enthusiasts who have a few tools and like to maintain their own firearms. If you have some experience working with tools you should have no problem using it effectively. If you're a gunsmith you should already be hitting that order button. I know some of you are thinking, "My Brother-in-Law could make me one of those!" But at the low price I'm selling these for do your really want to deal with that idiot?

Important: The Wilkins Sight Tool is not a stand alone tool. It is meant to be used in conjunction with a hand press or drill press used as a press and a sight punch or pin punch. It is not designed for use with a hammer. Most popular slides will fit this fixture.
