Ryback Series 3 with Black G10 Grips

The Large Ryback Kitchen Knife is ground from Becut Niobium / Vanadium Stainless at HRC 59 with a fine, tumbled finish. These last Series 3 knives have grips machined from rugged G10. The G10 grips are thinner than previous runs and are lighter in weight. The grips are attached with hidden pins, stainless screws and brass inserts and have been treated with hardening oil to help resist water. One of the most versatile kitchen knives on the market.

These are the last of the Ryback Series 3 blanks, ground in Italy way back before Covid and the insane price increases on everything. Once these are sold there will be no more large Rybacks. And I will certainly never again be able to offer knives of this quality at anything like these prices.
