Payments through my webshop must be made with PayPal in Euro. PayPal lets you select the currency when paying. Be sure your address info with PayPal is correct, I can ONLY ship to a confirmed PayPal address. Contact PayPal for information regarding exchange rates. If you do not use Paypal and wish to make a purchase, I can accept bank transfers. Please email me for details.

Minimum Order Amount
Minimum order for all other orders is €70, also exclusive of shipping and VAT if applicable.

Shipping Info
All international orders ship FedEx. Orders within Germany ship DHL Germany Paket.
Alle internationalen Bestellungen werden mit FedEx versandt. Bestellungen innerhalb Deutschlands werden mit DHL Deutschland Paket versandt.
FedEx has an Out of Delivery Area surcharge of at least €20 for addresses that are in middle of nowhere. If you live away from any larger city or town, check this list before ordering to see if your location is listed. If it is, you must pay the extra charge before I can ship your order.
I do not ship to a Post Office Box or to an APO address. FedEx requires a physical address where someone can receive the package and sign for it.

Most orders ship within 72 hours of payment. If there will be any delay, I will let you know and you can confirm or cancel.

Returns
Products purchased from stock may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. No reason must be given, however the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received by the buyer. If you want to return anything, contact me asap for return instructions. I do not have to receive the item within 14 days of receipt but you must ship it out to me within 14 days of receipt. Once I receive the return, I will refund the purchase price of the product through PayPal. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective or the return is due to a mistake with the order on my part. Products custom made to order are not returnable unless defective.

Customs regulations & fees
The buyer is responsible for any and all Customs duties or taxes which may be levied on the shipment. Additionally the buyer is solely responsible for determining whether or not any product purchased may be imported into their country. Check your local laws before you order!
Save your receipt!
Should you ever need to return your purchase to me, you MUST include a copy of the original receipt to avoid German Customs charges.
Prices & VAT (national sales tax) or Why Do EU Buyers pay more?
Prices shown are Net prices and are directed at Buyers located outside the European Union (EU). I am required by law to collect 19% German Value Added Tax (VAT) on shipments to an address within the EU. VAT means "national sales tax" for those unfamiliar with the term. Buyers outside the EU do not have to pay German VAT. It's that simple! If your shipping address is within the EU, German VAT will be added to your order at checkout!
Sharpening & repair
Normally I sharpen any knife I made free of charge. Please contact me for further details before sending in your knife and be sure to include return postage with the knife. Never ship a knife in an envelope, always pack it securely in a box, including some type of edge protector or sheath.
I do my best to repair any knife or WilkinsGRIP product I've made that gets worn, broken or damaged. This means doing my best to restore it to the condition it was in when it left my shop. Please contact me with pics and complete info and I will try to give you an overview of the costs before you send in your knife. Warranty repairs are of course free. I do not work on knives I didn't make.

Order pick up and workshop visits
I operate exclusively online and do not have a store, making it impossible to pick up an order in person. The street address on this website is for postal deliveries only, please do not come by and ring the bell. Insurance regulations and time constraints prohibit visitors in the actual workshop.
Ich bin ausschließlich online tätig und habe kein Geschäft, so dass es unmöglich ist, eine Bestellung persönlich abzuholen. Custom Orders and Mailing Lists
I do not accept custom orders. I do not operate a mailing list because of the incredible amount of time it requires. I post current info on new and upcoming products on Facebook and Instagram. Please Like or Follow me to stay in the Loop. I cannot provide any information regarding possible future production beyond what is on my Instagram and Facebook pages.
